These terms govern your use of the Climax Cyber Tech OÜ website, our Android VPN applications, and our games. By using them, you agree to what follows.
Acceptable use
Our VPN apps exist to protect ordinary people's privacy. You may not use them to commit crimes, distribute malware, send spam, infringe copyright, attack networks, or interfere with other users' access. We may terminate access that breaches these terms.
Free apps and advertising
Climax VPN and vEagle VPN are provided free of charge and supported by advertising. Optional paid upgrades, where offered, are billed through Google Play under Google's terms. We do not fund the apps by selling user data.
Availability
We work to keep the network fast and available, but free services are provided on an "as available" basis. Server capacity, routing and regional availability may change without notice.
Quotes and business orders
Prices shown on this website are indicative and exclude delivery unless stated. A quote issued through our contact form becomes binding only once confirmed in writing by us.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Estonian and EU law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of free services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers hold under mandatory EU consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, with disputes subject to the courts of Tallinn, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
